Judge Tim Francavilla is a family man who has lived in Bartlett since marrying his wife, Kristi, 16 years ago.  He has two wonderful children, Alex, 14 and Camden, 12.

Judge Francavilla was honored when the Bartlett Mayor and Board of Aldermen appointed him Bartlett Municipal Judge, Division 1, in February of 2016.  He was selected from a group of 8 potential candidates, and was appointed to fill the judicial position formerly held by the late Judge Freeman Marr.

Judge Francavilla is also a litigation attorney with the Brannon Law Firm where he has practiced law for the past 19 years.  During this time, Judge Francavilla has gained extensive experience and legal knowledge in the field of criminal law and criminal procedure.  He has also received several honors and awards over the years in recognition of his outstanding legal ability.

On August 4, 2016, Judge Francavilla will be running to retain his Bartlett Municipal Judge position.  Let’s work together to keep qualified Judges, like Judge Francavilla, on the bench in Bartlett.  Please vote for Judge Tim Francavilla, Bartlett Municipal Judge, Division 1.
